A: Our team performs a rigorous, multi-step vetting process, which includes checking business registration, visiting physical showroom locations, assessing production lines, and samples

A: Yes, the catalogue is a one-time purchase granting access to the vendors listed in your chosen tier (Start, Growth, or Master). The Master Catalogue tier specifically grants lifetime access to our constantly expanding database and receives priority alerts for new, high-end additions.

A: The commission fee is all-inclusive for our operational services in Turkey. It covers:
Initial negotiation and price securing.
Coordination of the order with the vendor.
Mandatory On-Site Quality Control (QC) inspection of your order before shipment.
Consolidation of items from multiple vendors.
Management of secure, local currency payments to the manufacturer.
Q: Is the commission competitive for the Turkish market?
A: Yes. Our tiered commission structure (ranging from 15% for Pilot orders down to 8% for VIP orders) is structured to be highly competitive and transparent. We offer rates that reward high-volume clients earlier than most industry standards, ensuring maximum margin potential for your business.
Q: How does TFV handle payment and foreign exchange (FX) risk?
A: We manage the secure transfer of funds to the Turkish vendor on your behalf after QC is approved. You pay TFV in USD, and we conduct and complete all Turkish transactions in USD, insulating you from uncertainty and risks associated with international payments.
Q: Do your fees include shipping, duties, or taxes?
A: No. Our commission covers the service of sourcing, QC, and logistics coordination. It does not cover the following costs, which are billed separately:
The actual cost of goods (wholesale price paid to the vendor).
Freight/Shipping costs (Air Cargo).
Canadian import duties, tariffs, and taxes (Customs fees).

A: We recognize that inspecting every item is inefficient and costly. Therefore, once the wholesaler prepares your order, our agent performs a statistically valid inspection based on the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standard. We sample a representative number of units from your order and check them against your agreed specifications (style, size distribution, packaging, and defect rate). We only authorize final payment and shipment after the sampled goods pass our quality verification. A: Yes. We work with trusted freight forwarders to manage the entire process, from Istanbul/İzmir to your location in North America. We coordinate the best shipping method by utilizing Air cargo for speedy delivery.
