Step 1 — Submit Your Order Request
The process begins when you identify products from one of your chosen Turkish wholesale vendors (or from our directory). You confirm the styles and quantities directly with the vendor.

How Our Sourcing Service Works:

Step 2 — Centralized Order Confirmation & Pickup. Immediately after the order is finalized, you notify TFV and send payment.

TFV coordinates with the Turkish wholesale vendor to finalize preparation of your order and to schedule pickup time

Step 3 — QC &Secure Vendor Payment
Before payment, TFV will perform a thorough quality control check of the wholesaler’s items using the showroom samples, in collaboration with the buyer.

Once passed, payment is made on behalf.

Step 4 — International Logistics and Final Delivery
We coordinate consolidation and cargo delivery until your goods are safely dispatched and delivered directly to your specified address. You simply receive the merchandise, ready for retail.
